All was going well until a development led to the makers halting the film’s shoot and ensuring that the actor is safe. Read on...
Yesterday, we brought you the details of Nawazuddin

Now, here’s another dope on the film.
SpotboyE.com has that Mithun Chakraborty, who essays the
role of National Security Advisor in Genius, was shooting for the project in
Mathura when all hell broke loose.
Says a source, “Mithun Da was filming a scene with
Utkarsh in Mathura on the banks of river Yamuna. Hearing about the mega star’s
presence, crowd gathered to catch his glimpse. In no time, the crowd doubled
making it difficult for the security officials present to control them.”

Adds the source, “Such was the number that the shoot had
to be halted for a while and a boat was arranged to take Mithun to the other
side of the bank.”
Elaborating on Mithun Da’s role, Anil Sharma had told a
leading portal earlier this year, “He's a National Security Advisor who shares
a rapport with my son Utkarsh's character, who is an IIT
topper and a genius. The film is a battle of the heart, fought with the mind.”

Meanwhile, earlier this year, SpotboyE.com had
exclusively told you that after battling health scare, the Disco Dancer
star returned to TV screens with Drama Company also starring Krushna Abhishek,
Ali Asgar and Sudesh Lahiri among others.
For those who have come in late, Mithun Da's health scare
began when he was shooting for the 2009 Imran Khan-Shruti Haasan starrer Luck,
which required him to shoot some high-octane action sequences including one
where he jumped off from a helicopter.

The injury soon turned into chronic pain. However,
he took time to recover and returned with a bang.
Coming back to the story, we are glad Mithun Da was
whisked away to safety well in time.
